I also use the Vicks Plug-Ins and now that he's over a year old, I do a spoonful of honey to help with any sore throat. We also use a humidifier with the Vicks inserts and Vicks on the chest. Saline spray and we have an electric snot sucker. That always helped with congestion in our house.</p> <p>Also - I let the humidifier run for 30 minutes with the door closed before putting mine in the room - so its nice and wet in there!
