He said most pharmacists would say not to take it but that if it was a matter of desperation (throwing up all night because of post nasal drip = no sleep), that I wouldn't be hurting my LO with it. He just said not to like..take it like candy.</p> <p>Just in case you get desperate! Gonna try that.</p> <p>Now, just hoping this illness does not delay my O... my temps are not consistent this month (assuming that's due to being sick) so I am kind of flying blind. I know lots of ladies actually TAKE cough syrup purposely while TTC to help the whole CM process along. Imagine my disappointment today when--as the day wore on--I developed a sore throat and stuffy nose that's been getting progressively worse. I went right to the cabinet to grab some nyquil but stopped myself because I wasn't sure.</p> <p>Is it bad to take this while TTC? I did google and saw that it's not OK for pregnancy (obvs, contains Alcohol).. but I guess I'm wondering if it'll lessen our chances of success this cycle... </p>
