And my breast feels tender-even when there's no hard spot. Yours sound exactly like mine-like a bruise. I apply ice (I seem to get mine after swelling up and the milk gets trapped) then heat and massage later while single pumping very high. Like a 9/10 on the pump. But I don't feel a hard lump anywhere. I feel 100% normal otherwise. So I'm not even sure if what I'm experiencing is a clogged duct or something else? Has anyone ever had a clogged duct but couldn't feel a hard spot? </p>
