Bleeding is super scary and you worry about every little thing. I spotted a few times very early on and still check the tissue every time I go to the bathroom. I'll be 12 weeks on Tuesday. I have an appointment on Tuesday, which I think it just going over family history and stuff, and then I have my first "official" meeting with a nurse/midwife on the 30th where I think I'll have another ultrasound and actually get to hear the heartbeat.
