Sounds like it could be symptoms of intolerance, are you able/willing to cut out dairy to see what happens? Bearing in mind it takes 2 weeks to clear the milk protein from your milk.
Both my littlies are MSPI (with a host of other allergies and intolerances thrown in). My dd (12 mo) had the foulest gas/wind I've ever smelt when I ate dairy! That pattern of 30-40 min waking during night always coincides with food issues for us.
The excema after yoghurt would be a classic dairy intolerance sign.
Unless your LO has been eating cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, chickpeas? Those are very gassy foods ;)
Worth checking with your ped and maybe eliminating dairy to see if it improves, you poor thing being up all night!!
Trying to figure what's affecting their little bodies is so hard!

My LO is 8.5 months and BF. He had issues with dairy when he was little but seemed to grow out of it.

The past few months he is constantly waking up from gas. He has huge loud farts every night. I have tried gas drops and they do absolutely nothing. Could it be the dairy I am eating? He was up almost every 30 mins from 1 am - 4 am last night! I also gave him yogurt a while ago and he was covered in eczema shortly after.

Does this sound like MSPI? I plan on asking the ped at his next appointment, but that won't be for a few weeks.
