I soaked through 1 an hour for the first 6 weeks or so, but gradually was changing them less and less. I think I was a little scared to not wear them! I was very proud of myself when I stopped.</p> <p>I still leak a little during the night and during the first feed of the morning but whatevz. Same as @matador84 in that I let down on both sides so whatever side I'm not nursing will leak like crazy.
