We steam veggies in it every night and heat up my breakfast in it every morning. In our condo we had s tiny galley kitchen so we installed two IKEA shelves on the one small wall (at the far end, the end of the galley so to speak) and put a small microwave on the top shelf and used the one underneath for spices, oils, etc. Worked very well for us without taking up valuable counter space.</p> <p>Uhh... Just remembered that it was the toaster oven on the shelf, not the microwave.
