I could easily eat a more vegetarian diet, but if they judged me for eating animals, then nope, I couldn't. My roommate was vegetarian for awhile and she simply did not like the taste or texture of meat. </p> <p>Vegan would be more difficult....cheese is just so damn good. </p> <p>I'd have a huge issue being with someone who simply doesn't care what he eats. I've had to do gluten free for my husband, and he's dairy free. My grandmother is a vegitarian and my grandfather LOVES his meat and they do just fine. She even cooks his meat for him as well as her own "main course". I think if you love somebody it shouldn't matter and you would find a way to make it work. Heck, I am Christian and I married a Jew. We manage all of our religious differences great! He can enjoy fasting on Yom Kippur and enjoy his breadless diet buring Passover. I will join him in what I want to and enjoy not having those restrictions when I don't. When we were dating he ate sausages allllllll the time. I still eat meat once in awhile but he has high blood pressure so I think it's healthier for him to eat less meat so I'm fine and even happy about cooking vegetarian, I really don't like cooking meat anymore.
