I would have a very hard time with it, I think. </p> <p>I am ok at staying calm and absorbing stress, but I struggle in situations where I have no control. Also, I read one 911 operator say that he rarely got any closure on the calls: he wouldn't know if the injured person he was just talking to made it or not. That would really bother me, I think.</p> <p>Could you work as a 911 emergency operator? </p>
