It was very casual and really didn't have any games. I don't think you necessarily need to have a theme, but using colors to tie in your elements (invite, decor etc) would work. The baby isn't here yet so the colors used can be you and your husband'husband's favorites and not pink or other "girl" colors. </p> <p>I'm a huge fan of games and a Hollywood Game Night style teamgames could be fun. Here's a couple games from the show that could be baby focused. 1) Chronological order. Hollywood style is put the movie villains in order of when the movies came out or put Harrison Ford's movies in order. Baby style would be put baby pics of mom, dad &amp; their siblings in order of birth order or put baby pics of celeb babes/ child actors in orde. 2) Guess the show with fewest words. A person from each team looks at a show title and who ever thinks they can use the least amount of words as a hint for the rest of their team to guess gets to give the clue. Ex. Full House- hint: 3 words: Cut it Out or Sopranos- hint: 2 words: 1 word: Mafia. Fun/neat themes, ideas you've seen. What worked what didn't?</p> <p>My shower will likely be co-ed, (my choice), and my mom who is planning it has asked me for input for ideas. We're having a girl so I don't want a sports theme or anything like that. Also I don't think it can be BBQ theme although we've tossed around ideas of middle-eastern style catering, (which is kind of like BBQ.)</p> <p>All ideas and experiences would be greatly appreciated. </p>
