I know it doesn't come with the Vista if you buy it at the factory but sometimes they have them for separate purchase. We are actually on our second vista-- we bought our first (a 2009 model) on a baby store website for deep discount when the 2010s came out. Then in 2010 we got picked for a photo shoot for their products and Wagon Sr. and Jr. were actually featured in their new catalog... on the cover...!! and when that came out we visited them and they offered us their friends and family discount on a new vista. We wanted to upgrade since the newer models had the upright seat positioning and better brake.
