His priority was keeping me so he was eager to show how flexible they would be. When I missed a bunch of days for daycare illnesses in the first month he didn't harp on it and praised the work I could do from home and the times I got to the office. They lost a previous employee in my position to work/mommy balance.</p> <p>I have a coworker that is returning in two weeks.
