<description>&#60;p&#62;After one year, they recommend 16 oz of milk but I am sure it is also fine if your LO gets calcium from other sources if she does not like milk. At least that is what I always thought.

<description>&#60;p&#62;My daughter is almost 13 months and still EBF.  She will drink from a sippy and I offer her water or whole milk throughout the day, but she doesn't seem to care for the milk.  When she does finally wean, is it important for her to drink a certain amount of milk as long as she gets calcium from other sources? She loves yogurt and cheese, so she eats those pretty regularly.
