I tried to avoid using neosporin because I am touching my infant all day, hands, toys, food etc. band aids didn't stay on. I remember the LC said it was ok to use that on my nipples when they were cracked and I didn't have to wipe it off prior to nursing. I don't know how?! But they're also very dried out. The other hand is completely fine. The cracked thumb looks a little poofy. Almost like it's infected?? I can't believe I didn't see it sooner! :(</p> <p>I put some aquaphor on it, what else can I do?</p> <p>Any experiences? </p>
