I've been seeing headbands made with nylons for babies. I'm going to attempt that this weekend!

Any creative ideas for cute crafts to do with single socks or tights? I feel like we've ended up with a lot of stray socks (due to holes or the dryer monster) and tights that are torn at the knees. I'd love to do something fun with them rather than just tossing them in the textile recycling bin.

I've tried googling but haven't really come up with anything that is catching my eye. Bonus points if the projects are simple enough that my girls (almost 4 and 2) can participate. Thanks!
