@mrsrain: @littlebug: @regberadaisy: @Truth Bombs: @hellobeeboston: thank you all for the advice. I do drink about 68 oz of water a day and around 100 oz of fluid total. I will work on adding more water tomorrow. It's nice to read that other people experienced this or something similar and it didn't mean anything major.

Agree with upping the water intake. It made a huge difference for me when I was crampy in my pregnancies. Are you having issues being swollen down low? I had that around the same time as you. I think I had some varicose vein swelling in my vagina, eeeee!? It went away, but when it was bad I put ice packs on it, which helped!! And, more water!!

I would drink water and rest tonight with your feet up. If it continues, I would call back tomorrow. I started getting vaginal pressure much earlier this time, but not to the point that I couldn't walk.

Yes, during severe period cramping and towards end of pregnancy, my vagina literally hurts and feels like it's going to fall off.

Great advice from @littlebug: . Enough water is huge during pregnancy. Take how much you think is enough and add Couple more glasses to your daily total

I had that starting at 28 weeks with my first, and at 25 with this pregnancy. You've take the first step in calling your OB. Make sure you drink plenty of water. Like, more than you think you need. Rest when you need to. And use the belt. I never think it's actually doing much until I take it off and realize how much support it really was giving me!

Maybe baby dropped? I don't remember feeling like that, but it can be so different for everyone! Hopefully you can talk to your OB if you're still feeling this way tomorrow.

Is it normal? The last two days I've had cramping (maybe contractions) but nothing consistent. Today I've had a ton of pressure in my vaginal area. At one point I couldn't walk.

Is this normal? My OB was gone for the day but the nurse didn't seem concerned. I bought a support belt I'm going to start wearing.
