Since you said your doctor isn't overly worried, I'd just drink lots of water, it's really been a lifesaver anytime I've felt the least bit like you're explaining.

I don't remember experiencing anything like that, that early. However, if I wasn't hydrated enough or had a hard day physically that would take more of a toll. I would totally call the doctor and push to get an appointment, if for nothing else to put your mind at ease.
I hope it goes away.

I think it's always best to go in even if you feel silly about it. I did lots of research after going into labor at 23 weeks and some people cramp for the entire third tri (others like me deliver very early).

I would go in and see the doc just to be safe -- also, drink a TON of water. I was pretty crampy around then and drinking water always helped. I am bad at drinking enough usually... Could it be round ligament pain too? Drink & rest!

I would also check with the doctor just to be sure. Did you over exert before it started happening? Hopefully it's nothing to worry about but in the meantime try to take it easy, get rest and drink water

I'd be talking to my doc. I didn't have those feelings until much later and I would want to know whether it was in the spectrum of normal.

I am currently 25 weeks and have been having menstrual like cramping off and on for about the last week and a half. It always lasts under an hour, occurs when I am tired and goes away when I rest for awhile. Yesterday, however, I felt like crud all day and by the evening my cramping was back only this time stronger and accompanied by a sense of downward pressure and achy limbs. I was really tired so I took a few tylenol and went to bed early. I slept relatively well until I woke up at 2 am to use the bathroom and realized the cramping had returned. When I couldnt get back to sleep due to the discomfort I broke down and called the nurses line. They advised me to take a warm bath and more tylenol and if it wasnt better in an hour to head to the hospital. So I dragged myself back out of bed and followed directions and by the time 45 minutes had passed I was feeling much better but not perfect. I went to work this morning (work at the clinic I get care at so knew they would be close by if anything felt off) and flipped all day between feeling good and cramping. None of this feels like contractions as it is a pretty constant ache and I have never noticed any muscle tightening. The doctor isnt overly worried but I am a little distressed by it, especially since good old google informs me that this is preterm labor and I am going to die (ok Im kidding about the last part but seriously! I should know better than to google my medical symptoms! It will only freak you out!) Anyone else had just plain old achy cramping at this point in their pregnancy and it was nothing? I need some reassurance because it is starting to bug me!
