Experiencing other PMS symptoms too, like lower back pain and knee pain (as I get older my joints become inflamed during AF - fun). But AF is not due for 3-5 more days. Usually the earliest I get AF symptoms is a day before it comes.</p> <p>Wondering if anyone ever had cramping before a BFP?</p> <p>This was our first cycle on Clomid and my first positive OPK (yay!) and we had terrific timing.</p> <p>This does not feel good but I'm not sure if it's okay to take Ibuprofen (which is what I have with me at work)? </p>
