I'm having moderate to heavy cramps and spotting. Is that typical? To start having cramps before actually starting to bleed? With my chemical it just came on like a period and wasn't much worse but I was only 4 weeks 2 days. I'm almost 7 weeks now so expect it to be heavier... </p>
