I'm sorry for all the Clomid questions!

How much cramping/pain is normal after taking Clomid? I took my last pill yesterday and am now on CD 8. I noticed quite a few twinges during the 5-day course but now I'm having some intermediate sharper sensations, specifically on my left side. It's nothing severe, just really surprising since I didn't expect to feel much of anything until I actually ovulated.
