They are so bad that I can't function and make me throw up. Not bad at all.<br /> b) Score 1 - 10 (10 being take-me-to-the-hospital) - 2-3 depending.<br /> c) Was it painful enough that it disrupted your routines/abilities? - Nope.<br /> d) How long did your cramps last? - A day or two but I bleed for about 5-7 days normally.<br /> d) Did you take painkillers monthly? - I did sometimes but it was rare. Usually when my period was coupled with a cold or other issue.</p> <p>2) How bad were your menstrual cramps compared to:<br /> a) your contractions - before they broke my water I would say there were almost the same but after they broke my water, I can say contractions are way worst probably a 7-8.<br /> b) labor - I had an epi so I can't rate this ... sorry. </p> <p>3) How bad were your menstrual cramps after your pregnancy? Was it back to normal?
