I think it's pretty normal as long as it's not severe or accompanied by bleeding. As long as there's no bleeding I would think it's okay. I def had a lot of pains here &amp; there sporadically and I just attribute to things changing down there. I'm 13 weeks tomorrow (!) and had a lot of cramping early on (no spotting) but it died down around 7/8 weeks. It's picked up again this week and I just wanted to make sure that's normal. They're mild cramps with no spotting. Anyone experience this? </p>
