I'm 29 weeks and still feel off and on cramping! I think it's pretty normal as long as it's not severe or accompanied by bleeding. I usually try to drink more water when I have them, as it can be a sign of dehydration.

I agree with Snowjewelz, as long as there's not bleeding, I think you're okay. Lots of things going on in there to accommodate a growing baby!

@kbm1026: Yeah, I feel all sorts of crazy down there, not exactly cramps, but definitely a lot of weird pains but I tell my doc and she always says it's fine as long as there's no bleeding or strange discharge. Congrats on entering 2nd trimester!

@snowjewelz: thanks! That's what I was guessing, around the second trimester things really start to expand...

Could it be uterus expanding cramps? As long as there's no bleeding I would think it's okay. I def had a lot of pains here & there sporadically and I just attribute to things changing down there. So far every u/s shows a healthy LO (I'm 20 wks)

I'm sure I'm overreacting but is it normal to have cramps around 12/13 weeks? I'm 13 weeks tomorrow (!) and had a lot of cramping early on (no spotting) but it died down around 7/8 weeks. It's picked up again this week and I just wanted to make sure that's normal. They're mild cramps with no spotting. Anyone experience this?
