We were on our 1st month of NTNP, so I actually thought the cramps were gas pains. I started bleeding the day after the cramps started, and bled for about 24 hours with the cramps. Then they both just went away. About a week after my period was due, I realized I was late and tested. Boom. Starting a few days before my 12 dpo BFP. They weren't constant, but I have them randomly every day. Before my BFP they were mostly just in the middle of the night for a few minutes. I'm currently 10 dpo and since about 1 dpo I've had cramps off and on like AF just a little less intense. It has subsided and now I feel little pinches on what I assume is my left ovary. Occasionally on my right ovary too, but not as much. A side from that only sore breast. No other symptoms. I don't want to test yet, because I've been disappointed one too many times. It was pretty much identical to the cramps I got before AF prior to my first pregnancy, except I had stopped getting them before AF.
