I can mild Rotel 1 block cheddar cheese 1 block Colby jack cheese 1 cup milk 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons flour. Heat milk, butter & flour in saucepan until flour mostly dissolves (whisk it!) Shred your blocks of cheese & add a little at a time, constantly whisking, keep adding more once cheese is melted. After all cheese is melted in, add Rotel & serve! Is there a particular kind/ brand you get? I went to the grocery store and got some Tostitos chips and generic velveta. I don't know what is is but it doesn't taste the same. Maybe the chips are too salty and the cheese is generic, but it doesn't taste right. I went to a sports bar last week on vacation and they had chips and cheese and I've been craving it for the past week. I want the same cheese from the movie theater but not going to go all the way to there or pay theater prices for it.
