I have an anterior placenta so I haven't felt as much kicking and punching as others may have at 30 weeks, but over the past couple of days my LO has started to jam her foot under my ribcage which is very uncomfortable! Not painful though...yet.

ETA: I *can* wait, and I want him to be fully ready before he comes out. I just mean I'm excited. :)

@pastemoo: I was never able to see an actual foot or hand. The best is when the baby comes out and you get to see those feet that have been kicking you!

@artbee: Yeah. mine are half half. I still think they're the best part of being pregnant (for me)--at least so far. I'm 28 weeks.
A few weeks ago we started watching him move--still can't see what body part is what, but you can tell if a limb is moving, or if he's trying to spin around. So CUTE.

@plantains: I've had a bunch of squirming, as well - at 26 weeks now. I had my first real booms yesterday where I got to see my belly move. That was cool. :)

I'm 25 weeks and teh kicks are more like lots of squirming, twinges and nudges. I was getting a little freaked out that it wasn't painful, but maybe I am just getting worked up over nothing.

I'm at 31 weeks, and Sneakers's favorite position is one end underneath my right ribcage and the other poking out just to the left of my belly button. My belly is constantly misshapen :) Her activity has definitely picked up in the past week are so, which makes for much more pain for Mommy!

Mine aren't anywhere near big enough to hurt yet (19w), but I noticed that they were super wiggly at my ultrasound this week, but I didn't really feel much at all. So it makes me think that the times that I do definitely feel them (a few times a day), they must really be wailing on my innards, lol!

Is anyone else out there experiencing really painful baby kicks? I'm 35 weeks, and baby is definitely feeling crowded... as is mama. We're not sharing my body very well anymore, and her kicks really hurt when she has an active day like today. Her most painful moves are (a) jabbing her feet as hard as she can into my left side, (b) headbutting my bladder, and (c) punching the left side of my pelvis.

What have your active babies been up to?
