<description>&#60;p&#62;It will be totally fine. Frosting lasts a super long time when refrigerated. You can even freeze it if you are worried. Just let it defrost slowly and give it a good whip before you need to use it.

To be consumed on Thursday. Tonight's should be OK till then if kept refrigerated, right? What if the frosting had to travel 7 hours in a cooler with me?
