Frosting lasts a super long time when refrigerated. You can even freeze it if you are worried. I made cream cheese frosting tonight and I have almost half left. I will be making the recipe again Tuesday and need cream cheese frosting again Wednesday. To be consumed on Thursday. Tonight's should be OK till then if kept refrigerated, right? What if the frosting had to travel 7 hours in a cooler with me? </p>
