we used the bumpers that came with her crib bedding. Like @looch, I am aware of what the AAP states, but was very comfortable with our decision to use them. I took them out when she started standing and dropped her mattress down.

We have both breathable and regular. The breathable ones weren't a good fit in our crib, so I took them out and I need to either sell them or repurpose them into some storage bins.

We are using a regular padded bumper and have been since DS could reliably roll over with no issues. I am fully aware of the AAP recs, but made the decision on an informed basis.

we use breathable bumpers. i wouldn't feel safe with regular bumpers, but the aap came out against all bumpers, including breathable ones.

the breathable ones are so thin olive sometimes pushes them all the way down. sometimes when she does, her leg gets stuck in the crib slats. so i prefer to have them on there. i adjust them almost every day, but it only takes a second.

We finally got our LO his crib, he was rocking out the PnP for long time. However, he's been hitting his head against the sides of the bed. I didn't plan on getting any bumpers because they can pose suffocation risks, but hitting his head against the wood isn't a good idea either.

If you own some crib bumpers, do you like yours?
