I'd get a toddler bed or a just a floor mattress with cute sheets and a nice mattress topper

I would go straight to a full sized bed with bedrails. My son quit his crib at 20 months.

I thought I would want to use my convertible crib as a full sized bed, but I don't really care for the slatted style of what would be the headboard. You have more choice in style if you go with the bed.

C is 22 months and still in a crib, and will be for the foreseeable future.

I'd say crib that converts too,

Another vote for crib that converts! Dd is sixteen months and definitely not ready for a toddler bed. All kids are different but I think if yours is used to the pnp that's more like a crib than a toddler bed... I guess the question is whether you think LO is ready to transition anytime soon... Or if you want to just use the pnp til then. Or you could just look at what's out there and get what you like more and make it work!

Could she get you a crib that converts to a toddler bed? That way you know you would be able to use it for a long time.

My LO is still in her crib and loves it! She's 2.5 yrs. I like the security knowing she's going to stay put.

You probably don't need a crib. However my DS slept in his until about 32 months!

My son is 13 months and we have used a pack n play and cosleeping up to this point. My MIL wants to get us a crib now, but I'm not sure. Is it even worth it this late in the game? We never got one because we're tight on space, and wanted to wait until ee eventually move (at the end of the year).
