I live in the flats, my husband lives in the leather "boat shoes", and my daughter lives in her Clogs and Mary Jane style crocs. We actually just picked up a pair of Crocs snow boots for her. They look adorable on her little feet and are so handy to have. For my kids, yay for sure! It's such an easy shoe to wear in a rush which is all the time for us! My only gripe is that it does fall off or easy for my youngest to kick off when he's upset about something.
