<description>&#60;p&#62;I live in Arizona, &#38;amp; I recently traveled to Connecticut for a weeklong break. There's a 3 hour time difference. I took my temperature regularly at 7 a.m. there, which would be 4 a.m here, and ever since I've got back my temperatures have been much higher than usual. Don't even bother reading my chart, those temps are VERY estimated/ adjusted.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I read on fertility friend that travel is only supposed to affect your temps for the day of travel and the day after. My temps have been affected now for 4 days, seemingly. what's been your past experience with traveling across time zones and temping?
