I don't always respond to every suggestion when it's been posted in the past, but I'll make an effort to start doing that!!</p> <p>We've actually programmed a fix for this (the last time it came up), and I was under the impression the fix had long been rolled out to the server. If not, then it's definitely something that should've been rolled out and I have already emailed our programmer to ask what happened!
