I think often they dont' want to eat a whole cupcake, so the little ones are easy to just pop in your mouth. When she cut it, she cut just the top layer which was the cross and served that. Then she cut into the second layer for extra pieces. But I'm not sure that will be enough to feed 32 adults &amp; 8 kids (12m - 9yrs)? I could bake another cake on the side. Or I could bake cupcakes to supplement. In which case should I just make all cupcakes then? But if I do cupcakes I have to spend money on cute wrappers!
