When I do my hair like this, I usually wash it the night before and let it air dry when I sleep, so it takes me about 20 minutes to curl it like this but that is starting with fully dry hair. </p> <p>Also wanted to note that I always use mousse in my hair when it's wet and then I use a good quality hairspray when I do the curling. I use Rusk W8less and it seems to hold really well.
