Do the windows cause glare on the TV? Depending on that, and what the overall decor style of your room is, you have a lot of options. You can do the same roller blinds, you could do plantation shutters on both top and bottom, you could do cellular blinds on both, you could leave the top totally open as PPs have mentioned, you could put the film on the transom windows to make it look frosted, or you can do a decorative window covering. I'm the type that feels like a room doesn't feel finished until it has some type of window covering + curtains (unless it's a super modern house, then maybe I'd just stick with remote controlled shades). After a lot of back and forth we opted to do long white curtains hung above the top windows. Anything in the window frame just felt like it would look weird. Here it is right after we finished.
