He's 18 months? E's pediatrician told us that it's not possible for them to start coming in as early as 16 months, just not common. E is 19 months and at his 18 months appointment she told us she's starting to see some swelling. </p> <p>But it might also be just part of his first set of molars. When's E's were just starting to come in there were two separate nubs, and as the teeth came in the "connecting valley" part came through and made it obvious that it was one tooth. Does that make sense? I don't know how well you can see (E's not a fan of me looking in his mouth!) but I used this chart to figure it out. </p> <p>Poor baby, poor mama. E had 2 come in to start, then 6 come in at once, then 8 over the span of a month, molars and canines. The canines (4) have started peeking through since the but I also see some teeth right behind the canines on the bottom coming in. Not sure what they are or how many, but I'm thinking by the time we are done he will have cut ten teeth in the space of a month or a little less! His mouth looks miserable right now with little bits of tooth and swollen nubs everywhere. </p> <p>Anyone else have all these teeth pop in at once? </p>
