There was no added concern during my pregnancy. My doctor wasn't concerned... No extra ultrasounds needed. It went away on its own. It was 4.5 cms which seemed pretty big! It has decreased in size a little since the first ultrasound in early Sept. I went in for an ultrasound on my kidney's during pregnancy and then they ended up checking my ovaries as well (not sure why), and found one, but it must have went away on it's own and caused no issues. At my US on Mon, the tech had this ocncerned look on her face because apparently I have two-- one really large one and a second one that is smaller. They were painful, but I did notice the pain had subsided a bit and felt more like a dull ache.
