I have cystic acne, and right now it is at its worse. I was on Nuvaring before getting pregnant in March and my skin was WONDERFUL. We lost the pregnancy in May and my skin has been horrible ever since. I have cystic acne bumps as well as these tiny white bumps that never come to a head and picking at them causes them to become cystic.</p> <p>I've been to a dermatologist with no luck. Yesteday was my first night using the oil control method and obviously I don't have results or an opinion on it just yet. </p> <p>Anyone else have cystic acne? Any tips or tricks you've used? </p>
