I've had 2 and my bleeding was different both times. It does eventually stop. I felt better within 24 hours though ([physically). but for me, it also set off an emotional rollercoaster for a few weeks. Of course in terms of severity it isn't as bad as my episiotomy but considering I also had a healthy baby in my arms during that...well suffice to say my heart goes out to those women whose first experience of birth is through the miscarriage process.
