She always wants me to put her to bed but DH says, "mommy can't, she's feeding the baby." And then LO says, "you feed her Daddy, and mommy will put me to bed." I pretty much do 100% of bedtime, because DH starts catching up on some work as L goes to bed. Part of our new routine is doing milk first, instead of last (so she doesn't associate milk with falling asleep anymore). I decided we'd do that downstairs, and L can cuddle with Daddy and her milk and then I'll do the rest. After night 1 she RAN to DH with her cup of milk - she just knew that DH was her milk-giver now, and 1.5 weeks later she's still doing the same. LO thought he was just getting daddy cuddles and then he got milk - the look on his face was priceless! It really was "Whoa!
