And I just put makeup on. Our m/c was very tough. It was hard getting through the days, but I never would have made it without DH. I came home one day and he had mowed "LOVE YOU" in the lawn with a heart and big block letters. (I would attach a pic but I don't want to detract from the thread.) It was so heartfelt, I can't imagine how he felt when he was out there. The LO I lost a few months ago was DH's first child, and I think I felt more awful for him than I did for myself. He was so excited, and then when we lost her, he was very emotional for a while. Not angry...he was super caring and sweet to me...just really sensitive. A lot of loss oriented things ARE geared towards women, but the men suffer, too.
