I'm pleased I made the investment. It has a spot for everything, including my coffee/water bottle. The number of pockets are perfect. The only complaint is the key chain broke within 6 months or so. For the price, it shouldn't have, but I didn't buy it for the key chain!</p> <p>To answer your question on another post, sure the bag is uncomfortably heavy when I have it full loaded, but unless I'm wearing a backpack, any bag is. I am not bothered by the shoulder straps. I carry it on my shoulder between my arm and my body. I think you could push it further back (behind your back). I don't find the straps short, but they have the drop length on the website.
