I agree with drinking tons of water. I thought they're was no way I was dehydrated, but I needed to drink about 5 liters of water a day to feel good while pregnant.

I had this with DD--it was miserable. A combo of extra water, Tylenol, and a little caffeine helped me. Good luck!!

I found I had to DRINK A TON to keep the headaches at bay.... I went with SmartWater because it had electrolytes and drank gatorade too... I also still had a cup of tea every morning to get a little caffeine.

agree allergies could be at play too - but LOTS OF WATER.

Drink lots of extra water in case it's dehydration. I have had luck with acupuncture and chiropractor for tension headaches too. But it sucks especially when you are so limited wth what you can take. A little caffeine and sugar helped some too, like one of those little cans of coke.

Mine were always allergy related. Just extra mucus and pressure and it was terrible.

Ouch! I don't know it's a change in blood flow or dehydration or what, but I get annoying headaches every single day!! All over -- sometimes sinus, sometimes tension headaches along the back of my head, OWW! And Tylenol (a) won't touch them and (b) can't be great for my liver on a daily basis. Any tips/tricks? OWWWWWWWWWWWW
