&#60;p&#62;This is the recipe I used and LO sat in his chair and meticulously devoured every last crumb.  I used cream cheese, apple juice, and blue India Tree coloring for the frosting.  The cake I made was in a 4-5&#34; round baking dish and used about 1/4 of this batter, FYI.  I'm planning to make the same thing for his 2nd bday in a couple weeks!
