- Jambalaya.

- Herb crusted pork tenderloin, a tub of mashed sweet potatoes from the store (just check the label) or steamed corn on the cob, and a bag salad.

- BBQ pulled pork, coleslaw or potato salad, a bag of buns.

- A cold quinoa or pasta salad with chopped tomatoes, chicken, cucumbers, parsley, and vinaigrette. Send with baby greens to serve on top of and a fruit salad.

This time of year I like to bring people ratatouille. I like it because it's vegetarian but can be paired with quinoa and roast chicken very easily.

Or you can do a baking sheet with veg (Brussels sprouts, potatoes, tomatoes, zuchinni), and then put some chicken quarters over the veg and roast the whole thing. Then I just throw the whole thing in an aluminum pan and head over.

Grilled meat, pasta without Parmesan/cheese, rice, couscous, lots of veggies, a nice "fancy" salad (like a Cobb without cheese and vinagerette dressing), chicken-broth based soups, many Asian dishes don't have dairy. Also, you could make a traditional dairy dish using substitutes like coconut milk.

Pot roast would be good, along with a salad and DF bread. Or maybe tacos with guacamole and toppings?

I would stay away from casseroles but any meat and veggie/salad would be nice. Just check labels if you do a pre marinated meat. A pot roast could be good or a pork tenderloin.

Stuffed peppers is one of my favorites to bring to people (it's just peppers, rice, beef, tomato sauce, onion and spices so it's 100% safe).

My friend's 4 month old LO just had major surgery and luckily is doing well and home from the hospital today. I want to offer to bring a meal this week but I know she's dairy free and I'm blanking on ideas for meals without dairy...any suggestions? This is their only LO so doesn't need to be kid friendly. Thanks!
