She is in a baby loving phase (20 mo) so hopefully she isn't over it in 5 months. Baby sister is due in 9 days and though LO probably has no idea how his world is about to be rocked, he has shown no negative feelings about babies and seems genuinely excited about her coming.</p> <p>But when I watched the new episodes with him I thought this is showing him to feel negative. Then later that night he randomly told me "Daniel tiger baby sister cry!" (He's just turning 2 so sentence structure is choppy :wink: ) and then made a mean face. We haven't had too many challenges with jealousy with DS but I thought DS would love that Daniel has a baby sister like him and relate more to those episodes… Tuesday he watched some with my mom and Wednesday I completely noticed the result of that… Now DS is whinier when I need to tend to DD, is more jealous and has just been exhausting when it comes to juggling the two of them. I totally think that these new episodes are making him think, "Oh, I'm supposed to feel jealous!" instead of "Mommy has time for both of us"… So, that totally backfired and now we are avoiding episodes with baby Margaret :(</p> <p>Have your kids ever had the opposite reaction to things like this? </p>
