It has everything, and I mean <i>everything</i> we want for a great price.</p> <p>The part that makes this frustrating is we could technically afford it, not even by stretching. We could rent out our current home and move some other things around and make it work. It just wouldn't be as smart to buy now as it will be in 2 years when we originally planned to move. If we hadn't of bought our commercial unit 5 months ago we could have moved in to this house with no problem at all. </p> <p>We know we've made smart financial decisions that will pay off in the long run, but it sucks being so close to our dream, yet so far!! If this was an impossible fantasy, it'd be easier to accept. Darn being so responsible lol!</p> <p>Anyone else ever feel this way? Are there things you could do financially but are holding off on because you're being darn responsible? lol </p>
