@spaniellove: I love having my fingers back! Immediately PP was so hard, though, because the swelling didn't go down quickly. The only problem was that I couldn't wear my braces and securely hold the baby. There were lots of tears and braces on/braces off frustration, but day by day, it is improving. I still have days where one or both of them will hurt and/or go numb, but there are more good days than bad. Seriously, I will never, ever take my hands for granted.

Dumbest pregnancy symptom ever.

@runnerd: I have totally dropped the water bottles too, in the middle of the night! Of course being big and pregnant is the worst time to have to get on the floor and pick things up or clean up spills, right? Here's to us having our hands back reeeeaaally soon!

@LovelyPlum: It must feel so amazing! You'll never take your hands for granted again!

@spaniellove: Your post made me LOL, but only because I did this at least once, if not more. I also spilled it all over the floor once...oops. Freaking CT. Good news, though: it is finally going away for me! Light at the end of the tunnel ver, very soon!!

@runnerd: I'm reuniting with my fingers for the first time since Christmas. Feels so good! Your baby is coming soon, and hopefully with it, your hands!

Poor lady! I feel your pain - I dropped a full water bottle on my key board last week. Hopefully it will go away super fast after LO makes his appearance! And you can come back and share how awesome it is to feel your fingers again to give me some hope haha

I can't remember how long it's been now that I've been living with the numbness and tingling in my hands, especially my right hand. It's annoying that I can't grip things well and have been dropping things in public, like my credit cards, cell phone, etc.

The worst happened today...I was doing the usual pee in a cup at the OB (surprisingly actually peeing into the cup) and dropped the cup into the toilet! And it was almost full by then so it was completely submerged. Ewwwww, I had to fish it out. And then wash my hands about 20 times.
