Try to recreate that in an affordable way. It'll be challenging, fun, and bring back some good memories too.</p> <p>For DH and I, we enjoy driving (well he drives and I enjoy the scenery). The next date night (haha whenever that happens with two kids) we will go out for a drive and find the perfect location with an open sky and just stare at the stars and moon through our sunroof. Maybe pick up a simple meal beforehand for grub. Then just relax and keep warm with a blanket inside the car since it's cold this winter.
