When I had my 7 DPO test, mine was just under 30 nmol like yours. My fertility doctor likes P to be &gt;30nmol and although my numbers indicated ovulation he wanted them to be higher. He put me on progesterone which really helped my cycle and I was pregnant 3 months later with a healthy pregnancy.
