Be prepared for crowds and arrive early if possible. Weekdays tend to be less busy than weekends. It doesn't matter if you sit closer to Thomas or further away. We couldn't book the position. But if you're first in line you get to pick. I didn't think it mattered but I think all the trains are different and have different features, they just tack Thomas onto the front. So there was one car that had an all glass second floor, but it was too hot for that on the day we went. You could either ride the Thomas or Percy train and they had some fun little things to do around the trains. The train ride was fun, and just the right amount of time, maybe 20-25 minutes? LO was terrified of Thomas up close at first and we couldn't get a pic of him in front of him. Hahaha. But he got used to him. </p> <p>The stuff they had to buy there was super overpriced I thought. Well...I can't say total. He loved looking at Thomas from the outside, was mesmerized by him...again, as long as he was outside the train. </p> <p>When we got on, he screamed for the entire ride. It was hot, crowded, and he couldn't get out of the seat for obvious reasons. I was so embarrassed.
